The Maryam Hotel is a premier hospitality development situated on a 28,900-square-meter site on Qeshm Island, featuring a total built-up area of over 19,500 square meters. The project’s architectural identity is defined by a distinctive Egyptian stylistic approach, utilizing high-end materials and luxurious detailing to create a monumental aesthetic. The core structure is a four-story building organized into two wings with dual lobbies, accommodating 120 luxury rooms, diverse dining venues, and comprehensive conference facilities, including a 250-seat amphitheater.
Complementing the main edifice, the complex integrates extensive ancillary amenities to ensure a self-sufficient leisure environment. This includes a dedicated sports building with aquatic and fitness facilities, alongside 18 residential villas containing 36 separate suites. The operational backbone is located in a vast basement level, housing central kitchens and advanced mechanical infrastructure. executed between 2012 and 2018, the project achieved 95% physical completion and stands fully equipped, though official inauguration is currently pending administrative resolution.
