As the architectural and consulting team, we were responsible for the management and execution of the development project for the five-star luxury hotels, Maryam 1 and Maryam 2, on the beautiful Kish Island.

The initial phase of this project involved the comprehensive renovation and upgrade of the existing Maryam 1 Hotel structure. This extensive process encompassed 54 rooms and suites, one basement level, three above-ground floors, and the addition of modern penthouse suites. Our focus in this stage was firmly centered on utilizing the best contemporary designs, luxurious materials, and engaging world-class execution teams to achieve international hospitality standards.

Following the successful completion of the renovation phase, the construction of Maryam 2 Hotel was commissioned to expand the complex’s capacity and amenity offerings. This new structure was designed and executed across one basement level and nine positive floors, adding 120 luxury rooms and suites, three distinctive restaurants, modern sports facilities, a swimming pool, and other premium amenities. Our goal with this development was to create a complete and unrivaled leisure and accommodation complex.

This vast complex is currently recognized as one of the most prominent and top-tier five-star hotels on Kish Island, delivering an exceptional luxury experience for its guests.
