ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN OF A MODERN 18-STORY RESIDENTIAL TOWER

This project involved the comprehensive architectural design of an 18-story luxury residential tower, conceptualized as a “Garden Tower” (Borj-e Bagh) on a substantial 6,000 square meter plot. The core vision was to deliver a premium living experience that seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with natural elements. The design philosophy centered on creating a distinctive urban landmark through meticulous site integration, which included strategic orientation and placement derived from geographical analysis to maximize natural light and optimize views. This commitment to luxury and exclusivity is reinforced by the building’s spatial program, which prioritizes resident privacy, amenity richness, and connection to integrated green spaces throughout the high-rise structure.

The architectural program is structured for opulence and convenience, featuring four distinct residential units per floor, each meticulously designed with independent elevator and stair access to ensure maximum privacy and security. The tower is crowned by two exclusive penthouse suites offering unparalleled views and expansive private terraces. Furthermore, the design allocates significant volume to comprehensive luxury common amenities, intended to foster a holistic, community-focused lifestyle. The architectural expression is distinctly modern, characterized by elegant verticality, clean lines, and expansive glass elements, positioning the finished tower as an iconic and sophisticated presence in the city’s residential landscape.
