STANDARDIZATION, BRANDING, AND VISUAL IDENTITY DESIGN OF NICI BROKER

ARCHITECTURAL VISUAL IDENTITY DESIGN AND STANDARDIZATION FOR NATIONAL IRANIAN CAPITAL INVESTMENT (NICI) BROKERAGE BRANCHES

The National Iranian Capital Investment (NICI) Brokerage initiated a strategic project to establish a nationwide network of physical branches intended for in-person trading and client services. The primary architectural objective was to define a cohesive spatial identity that translates corporate brand values—specifically “Transparency in Operation,” “Heritage,” and “Accessibility”—into the built environment. This was achieved by integrating pure colors, high-quality materials, and open visual connections to reflect the brand’s updated visual identity. Additionally, the interior design prioritized an optimized circulation scenario, meticulously configuring movement paths to ensure efficient workflows for both shareholders and administrative staff.

The execution phase necessitated a simultaneous and intensive rollout across multiple key cities, including Tehran, Karaj, and Yazd, to ensure rigorous standardization. Over the course of one year, the project encompassed the design, equipment, and construction of 6,350 square meters of commercial and administrative space. This large-scale intervention successfully solidified the NICI brand’s visual unity on a national level while enhancing the client experience. By delivering standardized, functional, and aesthetically distinct environments, the project established a professional platform that supports the brokerage’s operational efficiency and service delivery.
