STANDARDIZATION, BRANDING, AND VISUAL IDENTITY DESIGN OF BORUJERD TEXTILE

DESIGN MANAGEMENT AND VISUAL IDENTITY STANDARDIZATION FOR BORUJERD TEXTILE RETAIL SPACES DURATION OF COLLABORATION 2014 TO 2022

Spanning an eight-year collaboration with Borujerd Textile, this project focused on establishing a cohesive visual identity and retail structure for the brand’s bedding and bath network nationwide. The primary challenge was to balance aesthetic consistency with functional merchandising and cost optimization. The architectural solution utilized a rigorous three-phase methodology: analyzing the product portfolio for optimal display metrics, harmonizing packaging design, and engineering a custom modular display system. This system was designed for high adaptability, providing specialized shelving for distinct product categories while maintaining structural interchangeability to simplify store operations.

The execution phase encompassed the design and construction management of 47 branches across Iran. By leveraging this modular framework, the team achieved significant cost savings in decor production and accelerated delivery times for new locations. The result was a fully homogenized brand experience that ensured professional merchandising and widespread uniformity. This systemic approach successfully transformed the client’s retail footprint, creating a scalable, efficient, and visually unified environment that enhanced the customer shopping experience nationwide.
